Bento #13

I think I have been making bentos almost everyday. It has become a habit to wake up at 5.15am and start my day in the kitchen. And everyday I am looking forward to it!

Bento 13.1 Jaimie's breakfast. Kaya and olive spread bread on a toothpick, mashed hardboil egg mixed with a little mayo. Sausages as eyebrows, peas for the eyes and carrots for the mouth. Unfortunately, by the time Jaimie ate her breakfast at my mom's place, the face was "disfigured". See the Kitty bento bag in the background? I bought it yesterday for $12.90 from a shop in Toa Payoh Interchange. It's a mini Sanrio shop. I bought a set of 3 Kitty lunch boxes for only $11.90! And they are quite nice! And a kid's Kitty umbrella for Jaimie for $9.90. Gosh!! I really spent too much lately! To Clement: Anata, okane kudasai!

Bento 13.2 Clement's. I hope you can tell it is a face too. The sausage was supposed to be a wink. The noodles? Aiyah, instant noodles lah.

Bento13.3 Mine. I spread Nutella on my star shaped bread. Funny... when the bread is made into star shaped, it doesn't seem to be filling. Eating 2 slices together is more filling. Is it psychologicial???
