Bento #8

This is Bento #8 and it is my proudest creation so far. Hohoho~~~!!!

Menu for today: (1) Onigiri with tuna filling (2)baked salmon (3)broccoli (4)carrot flowers (5)pork ball and cherry honey tomato (6)iceberg lettuce (7)red cabbage.

After all the trial and error and the horrendous pigs I have created, I finally managed to make a bento-like bento! Hohohohohohoho~~~~~~~

Bento 8.1 Clement's. His comments: tasty and asthetically appealing. He doesn't resist eating vegetables anymore!
Bento 8.2 Mine. I was totally enjoying my lunch today with my new lunchbox!
Bento 8.3 HappyPig is on a strict dieting plan now and she is rejecting my bento for the time being. I made this for another good colleague of mine. She's visiting Taipei in Nov/ Dec and I have requested her to look out for bento books for me. So I must bribe her with food first. Heeheehee~~
You may be wondering how did I make the rice so purplish and so colourful. This is the magical ingredient I got from Daiso for $2 (obviously!!). It makes the onigiri taste real good! But as you can see from the sample photo on the packet, I had put too much in my rice. Hence it is a little too saltish for my liking. Actually, I need not add the tuna filling and it already tasted very nice with the seasoning.

I AM SO PROUD WITH BENTO#8!!!! *ROAR*
