Lunch was just oatmeal for the little girl and I made fried udon for dinner. Jaimie was reluctant to try the udon at first but she liked it after her first bite. Instead of putting oyster sauce and other seasoning, I bought a packet of Lee Kum Kee ready-to-eat pork chop sauce and pour it over the udon, added in some water to half boil the udon so that the udon can soak up the seasoning. With big fire on the stove, the water evaporates in a while and the sauce is well mixed with the udon. Prior to that I stir fried some onions, carrots and roast pork and poured them over the udon before I turn off the fire. Clement says it tasted good.
